Our Mutual Friend is led by Lia Napolitano. She brings experience designing products used by hundreds of millions of people, including Siri at Apple, the first Oculus Quest at Meta, and special projects at Airbnb and Lyft. As VP Design at Caffeine, she led product and brand design from launch through 60M+ MAU.
Our team offers senior design leadership and expert-level craft across product strategy, product and brand design, design culture, fundraising, and launch. Alongside our work with companies, we partner selectively with creative institutions exploring new technologies and human experience.
